Earlier this year MC+Co developed a dynamic new look-and-feel for this prestigious shopping centre, which has gradually been rolled out across all of their marketing material. With the current downturn in high street spending however, rethinking how the website is used was critical.
The Oxford Street Plaza found that more and more shoppers were looking online for fashion bargains but they were also looking online for discounts in their high street stores. In response to these findings MC+Co were asked to develop a dynamic new website that gives the centre manager full control over all special offers, news and events related to their stores. As soon as a tenant introduces a new offer in their store, a mini-advert can be uploaded on the Oxford Street Plaza’s home page that links to either another page with more details or directly to the store’s website.
While we were at it we spent a huge amount of time ensuring the administration user-experience was as easy to use as possible. The administration feature uses cutting-edge functionality as well as the ability to categorise news and events and the ability to include search engine friendly keywords and page titles.
