Rebrand / flash-based website / direct marketing campaign

Client > ABS cases are world-renowned bespoke case makers mainly for the music, theatre, event management and film production industry.

Our task > ABS cases wanted to rebrand their business, which hadn't changed since the 1970s, and they wanted the marketing material to begin to make significant difference to their sales.

Our solution > After a lengthy consultation process, MC+Co began to understand who ABS cases wanted to be and the types of companies they wanted to attract. Firstly, we recreated a brand logo and stationery that brought them into the 21st century. This was the launch pad for us to create a dynamic flash-based website that not only showcased the full range of their abilities but also drive sales through the online ordering facility.

But the big gun in ABS cases' armoury was the bespoke direct mail pieces MC+Co created to send to their most important prospective customers. Each contact received an ABS case that contained their brand new brochure and a contact letter. No one was going to ignore this mailing!

The result > After the launch client sales were up by 13% but most importantly, the work MC+Co created for them has helped them take market share from the cheaper, off-the-shelf case makers.
